Gets to work almost immediately!!! The little pump dispenser is great for directing the medication straight to the ulcer. Not foul tasting but DON'T SWALLOW IT!! Really glad I purchased it and in a week of using there's a massive improvement.

The product may be ok but the delivery system needs a design overhaul. The spray attachment does not fit the bottle so you have to hold it in place. This leads to a lot of leakage, spray all over your hands and bottle. I resorted to buying the gel version which can be directed and applied easily. Unfortunately the spray is a waste of money.

Read the review and I was concerned, here my findings. When you fit the spray, it's simple and works fine without any mess. Spray is very fine but works perfect and easy direct to the sore area. If you can take the bonjela taste this is nowhere near as bad and personally I found no hassle from taste. The great point is it was straight away and couldn't believe how quick. Only used for two day so no idea if it cures completely. I used to use bonjela complete plus but this is even better so far.

I’ve just ordered my third bottle. This is amazing, I constantly get mouth ulcers and inflammation around my two impacted wisdom teeth. When an ulcer appears I spray with this. It gives me instant relief. I also spray before eating. When my gums around my wisdom teeth get inflamed I spray with this and it feels much better. Earlier this week I had my wisdom teeth removed and have been using this and it has helped a great deal . This is the best thing I’ve ever used.

I bought this product as it is a few pounds cheaper than the one I have been using, which is also often quite hard to find in stock anywhere and because other reviews claimed that it was very quickly effective in soothing and curing mouth ulcers. I gave it 5 days of perseverance just to be fair to it, in case it took time to build up - in which case I MIGHT have given it 2 stars. However .... My opinion is that it's totally useless in terms of curing mouth ulcers, which I suffer from daily due to an illness. It also fails to soothe them; it tastes utterly vile and it exacerbates my burning mouth syndrome. The spray is not a spray it's a teeny, tiny hose pipe and it's extremely difficult to direct accurately. I ended up spraying my finger and applying it that way. I thoroughly detest it - in case you hadn't guessed by now - and I can't for the life of me get my head around the idea that anybody buys it more than once!
