I installed an antenna with a tableau on my house. I terminated my service with DirecTV and have to say it was way too much fun taking the satellite down and throwing it in the garbage! I used the high quality DirecTV cables that were under my house to install the antenna. I bought this kit to put high quality compression ends on my cables so that I would have a better picture. I want to say that the stripper and compression tool work exactly as expected. The blue connectors work exactly as expected. The black ones for some reason would not grab on to the wire. It's almost like they were too big. I am assuming that this is the biggest coax cable used for residential. DirecTV just replaced most of these lines a couple of years ago. So with that said, half of the connectors I received with this kit work great the other half will end up in the garbage. If you buy this kit you will probably run into the same thing I did but you will get the job done. For this price it is a nice tool to have on hand. You never know when you may need to replace the end on a cable. Those twist on ends are just poor quality and offer a poor quality picture. I don't regret buying this at all. Just wish all of the ends had worked.

The compression tool works okay as does the stripper. I did not get any RG59 connectors which is one of the things I was expecting.

You never know what type of connections you will have with coaxial cable. This kit has an awesome crimper and several different connectors the other kits didn’t have..
