Fast, Reliable Tire Deflators for Jeep Off-Roading
Expectations and Background I purchased the ALL-TOP Adjustable Auto-Stop Tire Deflator Valve Kit about a year ago to simplify the process of airing down my Jeep’s tires before heading off-road. My main goals were accuracy, speed, and convenience during off-road trips. Performance and Experience After several uses over the past year, I’ve been impressed by how well these deflators perform. They’re easy to set, air down quickly, and consistently bring all four tires to my desired PSI. The auto-stop feature removes the guesswork and allows me to prep for the trail more efficiently. Pros • Fast air-down times, saves valuable time at the trailhead • Accurate PSI settings make tire pressure uniform • Simple to set up and use, even for a beginner • Durable, withstood regular use over a year without issues Cons • No significant drawbacks encountered so far Comparison to Product Description The product works exactly as described. It reliably airs down tires quickly and stops at the preset pressure, matching my expectations and the advertised features. Takeaway If you’re looking for an easy, dependable way to air down tires for off-road driving, especially on vehicles like a Jeep, this kit is a great investment. It’s become a must-have in my trail gear.

They work!
They are easy to use and actually pretty accurate. I can air down all 4 tires in a few minutes without having to do anything.

Super! Accurate, consistent, fast, and easy to use
These are a great product! I have another set that looks identical to the Stauns, and these All-Top deflators work much better. These are consistent, but that depends on user care in consistently setting the desired pressure. These start very smoothly and shut off nicely. The lesser performing deflators had a simple flat-head valve seat, but the All-Tops use a chamfered valve seat, and I believe that is why they perform so smoothly and consistently. For my test, I set the deflation to a bit less than 20psi on the front tires and a bit less than 30psi for the rears. The fronts (both) automatically deflated to 18.5psi, and both rears went to 28.5psi. The reason for being less than the marked 20 and 30psi was that I set them just below the lines instead of exactly on the lines. The differences were trivial in terms of driving performance. One thing to be aware of is that after use, the adjustment should be backed out as much as possible without disassembling the units in order to relieve the spring compression and extend the product life.

They work well, but aren't quite set-&-forget
I use these to air my tires down to around 15 PSI for 4-wheeling. They work well enough, in that they will deflate even a large 35" tire in just a few minutes, and they will reliably slow down once they get around their set PSI. However, they're not quite set-&-forget. I'd say they have about 2-3 PSI margin of error, and they often won't completely shut off once they reach their target. You're best served by keeping an eye on your car's TPM system as you use them, or manually check your tires once deflation starts to slow down. Otherwise, you might deflate them too much before they shut off. I've found that it's best to set the gauge on the deflator about 5 PSI higher than my target pressure to make sure I don't accidentally overshoot.

More accurate and quicker then Staun deflators.
I purchased these tire deflators from All-Top because I had previously purchased their air compressor set up for inflating tires and was impressed. I had read reviews and watched a lot of videos online about tire deflators and Staun seemed to be the gold standard, but the $99 Price tag was daunting and I wanted to ensure I wasn’t missing out due to quality or accuracy concerns if I purchased these from All-Top for $39. These have pre-set markings on them, and I dialed the setting into 15 psi on the All-Top deflators and put them on my tires. After about 6 min, all four my tires were within one or two psi of my desired setting. They were either 16 psi or 17 psi. Having watched reviews about these I knew that you could calibrate them the same way as the Original Staun deflators. So I used my up down, air tire deflator that removes the valve core and I lowered one of the tires to 15 psi and calibrated both these and the set from Staun on the same 35 inch tire on my gladiator. The pressure gauge on the Up Down Air tire deflator, and my computer on my gladiator both said that the tire I used was Inflated to 15 psi. The calibration process was easy. I then aired up all four of my tires using the All-top compressor, which took just a little over eight minutes Using a four tire inflation system. Then I used the All-Top tire deflators to deflate the tires and it took about 6 1/2 minutes to get them from 38 psi down to 15 psi. I used my jeep gladiator computer to test tire pressures and three of the tires were 15 and one of them was 16. I’m pretty satisfied with that outcome. The Staun deflators took more than twice as long to deflate coming in at almost 15 minutes, I had inflated the tires to 38 psi after my test with the All-Top. And they only deflated down to 17 on three of the tires and 16 on one of the tires. So calibration process was not as accurate and the air down process took way longer. Overall the All-Top system was more accurate and faster then Staun. Plus this system comes with nice black metal caps for your valve stems.

Quick and easy
These work great, and were surprisingly accurate. All were within 1psi of the setting. Easy to use, and compact. The lock ring keeps them locked in place but it’s still easy to unlock and adjust without tools. Worked quickly. By the time I got the fourth one on, it was time to start removing them.

Air calibration is horrible.
3 stars because the materials are good quality, however the tuning is really off. Can't trust the psi shown on the valve. If I select 25psi it takes my tires down to 15psi. So I have to set it to 35psi for it to take my tires down to 25. Yeah its off by 10psi....and there is no way they dont know about this. So why dont they simply write 15 instead of 25 and 25 instead of 35...beats me.
