Fantastic product and company!
The image quality and sound quality are significantly better than I was expecting from a piece of tech this affordable. IMPORTANT: There is a hidden gem in this item. The unit comes with instructions on how to upload your images and videos and the website assembles and converts your files to be playable and then sends it back to you. It’s fast and convenient. However, I do field work where WiFi isn’t always available. I sent an email to customer support on a Sunday and received a response the same day giving me detailed instructions on how to convert my video files offline. FANTASTIC support and a great product. I highly recommend the item and applaud the company that makes it!!

Great gift idea
I made a video collage in Canva and found uploaded my video was very easy and straightforward. I’m so happy with how it turned out. Worth the $$ - will definitely be purchasing again. I do wish the screen was slightly larger but other than that - it’s perfect.

PURE GENIUS
We bought books to load photos and videos of my children who live multiple states away from their grandparents and great grandmother. It was so simple to upload and customize the order of videos to be shown. It has become the biggest hit in our family. The grands carry it around with them EVERYWHERE, showing it to friends and colleagues. It's become their digital "brag book" and brings a smile every time they watch. Our new go-to for birthday and holiday shopping!
