365 Organic Penne is right in line with all their other organic offerings. Good size bag for one or two people, or an easy addition to a soup or pasta salad. Comes out firm, not mushy or starchy when cooked. Holds its shape very well. I brought water to boil, added in pasta, and removed from heat, allowing it to cook about 12-14 minutes... a bit past al dente, but I like my pasta a little softer, and it still had some bite. I've used it making mac and cheese, pasta salad, as well as your run of the mill goulash, and it never disappoints. Will buy again and again.

I love the fact that Amazon now has the ability to go food shopping for you. Their workers are really good at picking out the best products instead of just grabbing anything. So far, I’m loving it and for 14 bucks especially that I’m on the South Shore of Long Island and the store is located on in North Shore. It’s definitely worth the 14 bucks because it would cost me more in time and gas for me to go myself I recommend this product that I bought, and I also recommend their food shopping in general thank you!
