No side affects for me and helps concentration

I’m going on 52 and started taking these at least a year ago. I find when I stop taking them that I’m not as sharp when it comes to keeping track of everything at work. I tell myself it’s an investment in my health and performance and that makes the cost easier to digest.

My mom uses these and swears they work. The problem is, she’s a little crazy, so it’s hard to tell whether they’re actually helping her memory. 😂 But she seems convinced they’re doing something, and she keeps taking them, so I guess that’s a positive review. Five stars from Mom — pending independent verification from the rest of the family.

I have tried different products to help with memory improvement, like Ginko, so when I saw the Prevagen ad, I thought I would give it a try. I have been pleasantly surprised to find that it actually did improve memory. It does take a few days to start working, but after about 3 weeks, I was sure that it was helping. At the age of 70, I was simply forgetting details from things that I have read. Now, remembering locations and dates comes easier. Nothing is going to make our brains work like they did 40 years ago, but I do believe that the Prevagen does help the grey matter work better.
