High quality paper and backing. The paper is a good thickness, some ghosting depending on the ink but very smooth for writing. I plan to use this as a cookbook for recipes and it is the perfect size!

Love these notebooks so much, I have bought one every year for several years now. Sturdy and well made. Nice paper. Numbered pages.

Nothing but superb

I got the sunshiny yellow color and I really love the look of it. It’s sleek and feels nice. I wish there was a an option to get one with more pages. And I also wish the paper was thicker.Journal with pilot, G2 pens, and while they don’t bleed through to the other side, they are very visible from the backside of the paper, and I like to write on both sides of my paper. It’s super cute. I’m not sure if I would buy it again.

I actually ordered the wrong item when I ordered this. I have always used the A5 size dot journals. This one was quite a bit larger. I was very disappointed when it arrived and was not looking forward to using it. I began this new journal in January of this year. I LOVE it. The larger pages allow for so much more information, writing, art, memoirs, stickers, and fun. This is now my very favorite size. As with all Leuchtturm notebooks, the binding is perfect, the cover is straight and sturdy, and the paper is a dream.

The Leuchtturm 1917 in B5 is the perfect size for my studio journal. I like the size and the generous number of pages. I don't feel like a Sasquatch trying to write on a postage stamp, but like the delicate, though aged, flower that I am. The pagination and dedicated index helps me to use the bujo method to create collections and string my collections in the indices so that I can keep track of the location of entries without creating any wasted space. I also like that I can string across volumes over time. The dot matrix is clear enough to see while I'm working without being distracting. The paper is a good weight and takes the inks I use without bleeding for the most part. In combination with a DIY concertina sketchbook to hold limited palette studies I am very happy with this set up. This particular item is the hardcover B5 but I also have the soft cover versions, as well as the A5 version.

I love this brand and always purchase hard covers. I used to keep a bullet journal regularly and used an A5 dotted journal. About a year ago I wanted to try a bigger size and bought a huge leuchtturm journal, I forgot exactly what size, but it was way too big and I never used it. I took a break from bullet journaling and used a regular planner for a while but I just ordered this journal and it seems like it will be a good size for me to start again so I’m excited to use it

Ich liebe die Leuchtturm Notizbücher. Ich arbeite viel digital mit iPhone und iPad aber wenn ich mal Notizen machen muss, greife ich gerne auf diese wirklich gut gemachten Notizbücher zurück. Sie sind robust haben eine gute Struktur die seiten sind durch nummeriert. Ich gönne mir immer die gepunkteten Seiten, weil mir die persönlichen am besten gefallen. Es ist für mich die größtmögliche Freiheit von Struktur und Gestaltungsfreiheit durch mich.

Exactement ce que j’avais de besoin et de ce que je cherchais !

Keines der beiden Bücher ist ohne Mängel bei mir eingelangt. Gleichzeitig bestellt, getrennt geliefert, Lieferverpackung in einwandfreiem Zustand, beide Bücher beschädigt. Ich muss also annehmen, dass die Ware schon beschädigt war, als sie zum Versand abgepackt wurde. Das finde ich bei dem stolzen Preis wirklich extrem unnötig.Und ja - selbst ohne Schaden könnten die Produkte gemessen an Look&Feel auch einfach die Hälfte kosten und gut wärs. Papier ist dünn und leicht transparent. Cover auch nix besonderes.Bin enttäuscht.

Great notebook! Perfect size, not too small and not too big.

The paper feels thick and luxurious, it is hard to use Normal paper afterward. It takes ink well with no bleed through. What started as a luxury has become a necessity.Very expensive though- but i have used it for 6 months.
