Kranzle K 1050 TS 240V Industrial High Pressure Washer

I have no complaints with the product. Any Kranzle will knock the spots off the mainstream competition. If you've never seen one in the flesh the first thing you notice is its weight and robustness compared with the competition. Unfortunately, Tools Pro Store are not being truthful in their add. They claim it comes with 'A FREE HEAVY DUTY RUBBER HOSE' . Mine arrived with the standard plastic hose which is cheaper. I wanted the rubber hose because it is easier to unravel, especially in cold weather. It is a Kranzle option which actually comes as standard on their more expensive machines - that is why I was attracted to this add. After complaining to Tools Pro Store they asked for photos of the hose I had. This is easier said than done on Amazon but I supplied them. I waited ages for their quality dept to comment. When they did, they just said 'that's the hose it's shipped with'. So, there is nothing free at all, except a big fat lie. They didn't even acknowledge that they'd misled anyone and could see no problem in supplying a different spec to that advertised. Last I looked they are still claiming a FREE HEAVY DUTY RUBBER HOSE. I suggest if you're considering buying from them you contact them first and ensure they will honour their promise.
