What has arrived to me (from China) is NOT the "Original Hitachi Magic Wand" as advertised and as ordered.It is a very common cordless wand without any brand, manufacturer's name, origin and warranty.We cannot use it while it is plugged, unlike Hitachi.The plug is USB (unlike the AC plug shown on the box) and the cord is 2.65 ft (80 cm) for recharging only.The device looks fragile and unreliable.Well, all that is advertised and delivered is faked and lied.What a bad experience!

Does what it’s supposed to do, took very long to deliver, they had to resend. Came with attachments, no lube.

Piece of garbage, should have known when it said "shipping from china"
This is a Piece of Sh!t second rate USB powered pink in the box and white hack label message. This is absolutely not a Hitachi. SCAM SCAM SCAM.Technically it might look like a Hitachi as they seem to be using similar molding... but it's not even the same design, the base handle shape is crap plastic, short cord and nor is it supposed to be rechargeable... a real Hitachi has a long electric cord.
