Excellent product, lovely to use although quite delicate. Colour range fabulous.

Loved this tray, allowed me to keep my pans organised and easily accessible. This in turn meant I could finish this tiger portrait much quicker. I didn't have to keep picking up my pans to paint, it was almost like using a paint palette. The lid is a perfect fit and the whole thing fits into a supplied resealable bag, which keeps everything tidy while stored. Just need more pan pastels to fill it up now.

Well if you need to keep your PanPastels secure and accessible then these trays are what you need. They are expensive but worthwhile, utilising the fact that the trays have 4 pans on one side you can keep the colours in their tint range,1 exDark, 3 Shade, 5 Colour, and 8 Tint making it easier to paint in tonal values. The pans click into place and are held tightly until you want to remove them. If you find it difficult to remove them then just screw one of the lids back on and it makes the task much easier. In fact I recommend that you remove them using this method as it saves any attempts at forcing them out and fingers scratching across the surface of the pan or adjoining pans and upsetting the surface of the pans. I have read that some people experience problems of the tray lid not being a tight fit, all you need to do is put two lids on just 2 of the 20 pans, one at each end works best and press the lid down and it becomes a perfectly secure lid.

I do feel this item is way too expensive for what it is. It is not very strong plastic, it should be thicker for this price, but that being said, it does work well for storing your pan pastels and they do feel secure once in place. I have a few Pan Pastel that came broken so I left the lids on and they do fit into the storage unit with the lids on so that stops them from flying everywhere.

This is the ideal way to use your Panpastels, it avoids the need having to undo the lids of each pastel the losing them or treading on them etc. a very useful aid, it works just like a painters pallet.

Perfect storage for my Pan Pastels, I can see colours immediately, no Rooting for particular colours or breaking of the pastels. Flat storage makes it easy to pop them on top of paper etc. Very pleased. Thank you.

Although I found the product rather expensive, this is the only product on the market that is easy to view my pan pastels. I feel the screw jars they come in are fiddly and so this pan tray is perfect for vision and keeping the pans clean. The only negative is its somewhat flimsy but fit for purpose so I have bought a second which holds 40 pastels.

You need this palette to mix powder colours easily, but the product is flimsy and overly expensive.

Really nice and easy way to store and use pan pastels. I bought the 20. It’s not as flimsy as others have said. But it’s definitely not rigid. If it was, it would be hard to pop them in and out. Overall, much much easier to use this way, rather than keeping them in a screwed together stack. Highly recommended.

Excellent, preparing my PANPASTELs ready for art and easily stored with lid. A little on the expensive side. Still worth protecting my panpastels.
