Introduced to this brand when we were with our German friends, Weleda has become a staple in our house from handcream to face moisturizer. While their handcream can be almost excessively thick, perfect for those dry winter months, I was looking for something lighter for my face, that would provide moisture without any additional greasiness. I read a lot of good reviews about this product and decided to try it. It was absolutely perfect. The level of moisture is exactly what you’re looking for, just as much as you need and not more. It feels great on your skin, is easy to apply, and instantly rehydrates after a good cleansing. The scent is outstanding and one of my favorite features. This is a light, daily use moisturizer that will become your go to on a regular basis. Couldn’t be happier.

Let me see where I begin. Well, the texture isn't super light, but it's not heavy either; it's somewhere in between. I feel like it's more for dry or normal skin. Even though I have oily skin, it doesn't clog my pores. I bought it because there are days when my skin is out of control and gets really dry. It has a nice scent. Just don't put it too close to your eyes. If you have sensitive skin, it might irritate you a little. In conclusion, it is quite moisturizing and it's best used at night.

Love love love this brand and this Weleda Skin Food Cream ! It’s emollient, makes my skin feel softer after each use and I often use it before I go to sleep. I have found all of the Weleda Skin Food products to be hydrating. As far as lotions go it’s pretty thick and a little bit can go a long way when applying. This lotion has a botanical smell though is not overpowering. I highly recommend this brand and product.

I love this product, it’s very hydrating and light. I’m also a skin care professional so I like to read the ingredients. It does have quite a lot of alcohol and it smells of it but my skin doesn’t mind it. It’s great for retinol users like myself to replenish the moisture.

My friends in Europe recommended this moisturizer and I finally ordered it. It came in a box AND FULLY sealed (I had to peel the foil) which is very important. Light texture but feels nourishing, absorbs in seconds and has a nice light scent. My skin is soft but not sticky. I have sensitive skin/rosacea and no issues. It doesn’t have SPF and it’s fine because I use it at night too since most night creams are too greasy for me. I’m very happy with this product!

Such a good French product. I put it on every night before bed and it feels very moisturizing. Smells nice too. Best one so far in helping get rid of dark spots.

It’s not meant for dry skin as advertised. It’s nice products. Pricey for the amount of product in the package.
