As 70 years old approaching I need all the help I can get !! seriously was not aware I could get 70+ vitamin tablets so please to see I could, these fit the bill large in size but no problem in taking it can't say I feel much different but that's not the point the provide the vitamins I need in my old age bit expensive but okay

It’s hard to really tell if vitamins really do work for me or not, so however, my review is this that I am 74 soon to 75 and 60 lbs overweight and my point is this I generally loose my energy while trying to get the lbs off and before I purchased these vitamins that’s way it was for me. But after taking these for over two weeks now I’m doing quite well. When I run low I will reorder these again.
