Fissler crispy steelux premium / Stainless Steel Pan ( 28 cm) Oven-Safe, Uncoated, Skillet for Crispy and Low-Fat Roasting - Induction, Gas, Glass Ceramic, Electric

Started using Fissler pots and pans just over two years ago ... buying the odd piece every now and again. Just added the Crispy Steelux to my collection ... expensive but structurally well made. My oldest two year old pots still look as good as new despite being used every day cooking for a household of four adults. In MHO, the base will remains perfectly flat for a life time ... very important when cooking on ceramic, halogen or induction hobs. The steel handle means it can be placed in the oven. Some of my pans come with lids ... I am convinced these lids will also retain their roundness and fit for a lifetime ... unlike many of my purchases of yester-years. I am pleased with my purchase, although it made a dent in my pocket ... but I don't think I'll ever need to replace any of my Fissler products.

Cracking pan, sturdy, dishwasher safe, cooks food well. Only cleaned by hand myself and yes you won’t easily bring up the polished finish but try not to be too OCD.

This cooks fish and meat really well, as most of these type of pans do with the material used. One thing I did find was that when it comes to washing, especially after cooking Salmon, the stains remain and its quite hard to wash this off the pan. No matter how much water, and washing up liquid, it remains a light colour stains. I did even use a metal scouring pad, but same, apart from doing a few minor scratches, its hard to get the stains off.If this is normal for this type of pan then cool, I don't have others to compare as mainly use non-stick.

The very solid base means that it will take a little longer to heat up compared to lesser pans, but the results have so far always been great. It's also easy to clean, and since it's all metal it can also go in the oven at any temperature.

I bought this pan for myself and love it so I decided to buy a second one for my son - a chef, who loves it too. Easy to clean if you put into water straight away to soak while you're eating your meal. I use barkeepers friend on mine as it is a gentle abrasive and then it is very easy to clean and always comes up like new.

I previously owned a Fissler saucepan and I was impressed by the quality of the product so I have decided to purchase this brand again.I'm very happy I made this decision as this frying pan is very well made. It's made by very top quality stainless steel. They pan is very solid and very shining. I use this to cook stir fry and the food do not stick on the bottom. I'm very happy with the purchase. It's worth to spend a bit more to get a good quality pan. I will definitely buy this brand again in the future.

Since 99% of the cookware is coming from China, (all very low quality and hazardous to our health), I am glad we can still get our hands on good quality items like this wonderful pan! Say No to Made in China.

Everything sticks to it, I can't use it much as it takes such a long time to remove stuck on food! Very disappointed.

Every couple years I would purchase a small non-stick pan to use for scrambled eggs or just to warm up a small amount of food. I hoped this pan would give me the non-stick feature and it does! Meat, pancakes, breakfast eggs scrambled or sunny side up….all turns out as you want it to be. I am aware that the pan is on the pricier side compared to other companies. But as it looks like this pan is unbreakable and will last forever…$ saved long term

Been looking for a pan of this caliber for several years, since I want to have the flexibility to use it on gas and/or induction, as well as in the oven at high temps. The pan is nice and hefty, but the handle design keeps it from being awkward (like most of the highly-rated pans out there). It is also deeper than almost any of the pans of similar size, which reduces splatter from high-heat sauces; the depth also means you can make a substantial portion of ragu in a single pan. Next to my copper rondeau, this is now the favorite pan in my kitchen. Since its stainless, its also easy to clean, no matter what sort of high-heat crimes I may have committed.

Cette poêle vieillit très bien et permet de tout faire pratiquement sans graisse ajoutée. Il faut la laver sans la rayer, avec une brosse végétale par exemple. Et il faut prendre le temps de la faire monter à la bonne température. Par exemple la pâte à crepe qu'on verse ou le steak qu'on retourne baissent légèrement la température, au contraire laissée vide ou sur feu vif elle monte en température. Je l'ai achetée pour chacun de mes enfants et nous en sommes très satisfaits.
