Good quality, fast delivery, good price. I took a chance on being able to refit my old multi gym which had perished elastic resistance bands, and I was really lucky and the resistance bands fitted. Decent set and overall happy with it. Plenty of different bands provided which can be combined to offer a great range of resistance. The included leaflet is a bonus as it contains plenty of exercises for you to try.Only negative is that the foam handles could be thicker as the ones on mine have already become quite thin after a couple of months' (used twice a week).I'm also wary of the bands failing as I imagine that it could cause quite serious injury if the metal hooks or clips came away and hit you in the face!

These bands are amazing! The quality for the price is so good. I use these bands as part of my weekly routine and they are great. The book that comes with them is full of really informative exercises you can do and the company emailed me the book before I got my order so I was able to familiarise myself with it but then quite unexpectedly after I received my order they sent me a bunch of workout videos I could follow, you just don't get customer service like that these days!

Bands are OK but a little short so don't allow a full range of exercises especially when the bands are combined to increase resistance.

I am delighted with my purchase of the Penguin band set. The kit includes a range of 5 bands each of different strengths so I thought jump on the highest rate one first and have an easy workout, this proved not the case because after a few pulls it became quite tiring for someone one who is past the 60 mark. A great idea about this set is you can add more than one band to the handle so you can get the perfect permutation of pull that you require. The added booklet is very informative but I just work to my own workout after perusing it. I can recommend this kit for all ages.

No confidence in the straps,I'm a 17 stone rugby player and could not get them around the bottom of my legs just too small.And I'm not sure they would hold up to a full on sprinting session.

The product looks good and seems to be good quality and value. Haven't used it much yet, so can't offer anything on how durable but looks good so far!

PenguinFit is a well-engineered and comprehensive exercise system, strongly made from high-quality materials. The handles are substantial and comfortable; the large metal carabiner hooks provide reassuringly secure connections; the drawstring bag is capacious and convenient. Overall, the system is a joy to use, and, at £20 all in, outstandingly good value for money.
