Excellent keyboard for gaming and work
I had it for a couple of years typing all days long 8h a day. It does what it says - gives you premium feel, pleasant and accurate typing experience.SOLID. The quality is excellent.I love laptop keyboards with a short travel distance and it toom me some time to get used to it - not a deal-breaker.The things a love ❤ about it:1. Heavy. It sits tight on you desk.2. Super-premium look 😎 and feel3. Build-in USB 3.0 ports4. Mute button is super-handy when it comes to listen to some one. Easy to reach - one light click and you are listening to a person who is talking to you.5. Toggle when - extremely pleasant to use. It have a nice feedback when you scroll it. Excellent location. Easy to reach whatever your hand is on mouse or a keyboard.6. Ruler - there is red magnetic ruler on the back or the keyboard which is used as a stend. Nice little feature. It's plastic but feels as a solid piece.7. Anti-ghost. No interference with any keys.Things I don't really like 😤:1. After a couple of years surface of the most used keys weared our and become smooth instead of having the same "gripping" texture.2. Ruler don't have slipping pad and keyboard moves some times (not a deal-breaker).3. I had to buy wrist pad to make my wrist comfortable and level it up with they keyboard.4. No O-rings in complect. Without it keyboard sounds to me too plasticky. With O-ring the sound is deeper, more quiet and more suitable for the office. No complains sound level is ok.5. No RGB or any other backlight.Overall it's a great keyboard which is a bit overpriced. However this is a solid piece of professional equipment suitable for day-to-day work and decent gaming.Worth its money.

For those who want a really classic yet powerful and elegant keyboard, this should be your choice. Other reviewers described it better that I could do.

but I'm the kind of person who appreciates good peripherals, so I decided to buy it
This has been my first mechanical keyboard. I was a bit hesitant at the beginning to throw my money at it, but I'm the kind of person who appreciates good peripherals, so I decided to buy it. Is it worth it ? Yes it's worth every penny it costs. It is not a value for money product, that's for sure but it is a great luxury product.Build-quality wise, this keyboard screams premium from a thousand miles away. The top panel is made out of aluminum and looks very pretty. The entire keyboard is very solid ( and heavy). I love the volume knob on the top right, it is sitting at the best position possible. The footprint of the keyboard is rather small for a full sized one. Keep in mind this is more oriented towards professionals, rather than gamers, so there are no macro keys and no RGB fluff. The cherry MX brown switches are exactly as I expected them, they give the same feeling as the blues that I have tried before but without that much noise. It's still more loud than a traditional membrane keyboard, but not by a big margin.I like every little detail on it, from the very professional letter font, to the LEDs that are dim enough to not attract your eyes every time you look at your keyboard.Pros of this keyboard :1) It sports a very minimalistic design with no fluff.2) Media keys on the correct spot.3) Cherry MX browns are awesome.4) Long cable which can be useful depending on the situation.5) USB hub( haven't needed it yet).6) full NKRO7) No drivers or any kind of extra software needed, something which has been crucial for me.Cons :1) No backlight ( I personally don't care about it).2) The ruler that acts as a stand is a funny novelty that doesn't do the trick as well as I would like it to do since it doesn't elevate the keyboard enough.3) The cable to connect the keyboard to the computer goes off right on the middle of the keyboard with no way to redirect it, which is something that might bother you depending on your setup.4) The cable is not braided. It doesn't really matter in terms of durability since it's thick enough already, but given the price it would certainly feel more premium if it actually was.5) If you plan to replace your keycaps for fun and aesthetic reasons, keep in mind that the company's logo and the volume knob both have red accents, which might limit you in terms of colour choices for your keycaps.6) Lastly, and this is kind of important, the cable is not detachable, and this might be the only weak point of the keyboard in terms of longevity. The point that connects to the keyboard seems sturdy enough, but these have failed me many times before in various products, so I can't be sure right now.Would I recommend this product ? Yes 10/10 I would recommend this to the professional buyer. Also, PLUS points because this came with a bag of Haribos inside. ( Yeah, no kidding).

Pleasure to type on
Keyboard seems durable with the chassis made of metal and is pleasant to type on. The volume wheel is nice and I know that whenever I buy another keyboard (probably in many years as it looks like this one will last me a while) I will miss it.As for the downsides, after 2 years of use;* Some keys, notably the left shift key, have lost a lot of their satisfying clickyness.* I was hoping the key caps themselves might be made of metal too, but alas they are made of plastic.* The writing on the most commonly used keys (A, S, W, D :D) has slightly faded already.

A great keyboard for both typing and gaming!
Das Keyboard is indeed as good as it claims to be. Minimal, professional and heavy keyboard that makes typing a pleasure!

As good as expected
I'm happy with the keyboard except for one thing: I bought a US layout keyboard but received a UK layout one. I did not bother to return it but I wish Amazon could do better in future.
User
UK buyers beware
Despite saying in the description it is the UK product code I have received the US layout....I now have to go through the returns process to post it back to AMERICA and somehow claim by postage back presuming it even gets there.Ruined a Christmas gift for someone, thanks!

UK Layout is NOT accurate
The keyboard is what you would expect from the DAS brand a typically well built high quality mechanical keyboard. The only thing to be wary of is that this was supposedly "UK Layout" which apparently means "standard US Layout" e.g. ampersand on the 2 key and no pound sign. I can deal with that so its not too much of a deal breaker for me personally (just remember that ASCII 156 is the code for the £ and you can get by if you don't need it much via the number pad), but if you do want a genuine UK keyboard this is not for you. (Refers to the version shipped by Amazon US via Amazon Global seller program purchased via Amazon UK). Also be aware that "no drivers" needed probably only applies to Windows 10. I use mine at work on Windows 7 and the media buttons don't all work, but again I don't really care about that side of things, so it hasn't affected my enjoyment or score. I use only for work not for gaming so I have not tried the NKRO and have left no gaming mark as I cannot comment.

Lexus not a Hyundai - don't fool yourself.
I feel as if this keyboard makes me want to type all the time. Not only is the build quality great, it's heavy, sturdy, and requires little or no pressure to type. It still have the "clicky" feel that everyone desires from the old IBM days with way more features. I turned on the n-key rollover (shift+mute), and my typing seems to be faster than ever before.***Sliding Issue fixed***Some people claim that the keyboard slides around. I did notice mine was sliding around a bit, especially with the ruler in place. Then I started pressing on the corners of the keyboard and noticed that the keyboard wasn't level with my desk (glass top). The keyboard had a slight tilt and would flop around a bit. So I took one hand on the top left corner and one on the bottom right, applied some pressure, Voila! It's super level, and there is no give anywhere on the keyboard. The keyboard is heavy enough to apply enough pressure to the rubber feet that it doesn't move an inch. It seems that the aluminum top bezel probably caused it to bend in production or shipping, just slightly, which caused the rubber feet to not connect to the desk. Simple fix, just don't over torque it AT ALL, it just needs a millimeter down or so (mainly on the bottom right corner - at least on my keyboard).I am enjoying this keyboard, and I wouldn't buy another company. It looks professional, especially with the letter fonts, and I love the volume knob! I went with the Cherry MX Browns due to the lesser noise, it's just my preference. I love the click, but not to the point where it would drive me nuts, I love having just enough feedback.Type like you never typed before, buy this keyboard, you won't regret it. Btw, those who complain about prices, I used to buy gaming keyboards to have that fast and better typing feel for $100 or more. This keyboard isn't far off with the volume knob and Cherry MX switches. Cherry keyboards were always expensive, due to the process of manufacturing the keyboard, but they are a higher quality and last much longer. The mechanics of this keyboard is the equivalent to buying a Lexus vs. a Hyundai. Sure you get 4 tires, leather, and some of the same features. But once you start driving, you notice every bit of a difference. Build quality is a completely different beast, and the transmission is made of Amish butter. If you want a Hyundai, buy a cheaper keyboard. If you want a Lexus, buy a Das, simple as that.

Eccellente

It's very good!
It is good to type with, as to be expected from the Cherry switches under the keys, and it is sturdy, that being attributed to its weight, there is a lot of metal in the chassis. But the best features are the ones that are not common on other keyboards, and that being the USB Hub, the media keys including a rotating volume control nob, and the one-touch sleep button, something that I had never used before, but now do regularly. It is not as inexpensive as other keyboards, but it well built and and has valued features which justify the cost.
