After years of suffering with IBS and most days I have been very bloated with painful spasms and acid reflux To be honest, I didn't notice much of change at first after starting the colpermin, Odd day needed 2 capsules and still getting some problems. Now, I only take 1 capsule in a morning and found it is all I need. Now been on them 1 month - to give you an example - yesterday we got a takeaway my chicken burger ended up being too spicy and so left half of it. Ate chips and had my large fizzy drink and got muffin too (previously I would have really suffered) Yes I did bloat - but had no spasms or acid reflux at all - I am so happy I have tried other peppermint oil capsules over years but just had peppermint burps (not really been effective). Thanks to colpermin looks like no more sitting for hours with wheat bag on, taking pain relief or laid awake with painful spasms.

I’ve tried many peppermint oil capsules to aid with digestion and help with IBS. None have worked until I found Colpermin. Just 3 capsules per day, half an hour after meals and the difference is amazing. I no longer struggle with bloating and other digestive issues. I think it’s because these have such a tough capsule shell, they don’t get lost high up in the digestive system and work directly on the colon to prevent bowel spasms and aid in better digestion. I fully recommend Colpermin and would not use any other brand. Others may be cheaper but these are worth the extra money.

I'm very pleased with these. I take one (or two if eating a big meal) BEFORE eating and they work as claimed. No more bloating or discomfort. If consuming pasta or anything that normally causes hours of gut discomfort, I take two of these capsules beforehand. I've only deducted one star from the review because these capsules contain titanium dioxide (E171) and another additive: E132. I don't see why it's necessary to add any artificial additives to peppermint. I'm sure they could make these WITHOUT the unnecessary E numbers and junk, so I may look elsewhere in future for peppermint capsules without all these additives etc, if I can find any other peppermint capsules that work as good as these.

It works for me. I use them every day in the morning. I’ve tried many others that claimed to be gastric resistant but they’re simply not. If you can taste peppermint after 15 minutes of taking one they’re not working as they should, these ones do Work and I would recommend them over anything else.
