I don't know how it works but it keeps bananas fresh. Great product.

It really works
If you can spare the space in your fridge then it's a worthwhile purchase if you struggle with bananas going ripening too quickly for you to eat them. I've found the bananas stay edible for many days longer and there are no more pesky fruit flies

It’s big and it works.
As I have prime this bag arrived quickly. It was well packaged and in perfect condition. The bag is really large. You can store about 20 small to medium ones and about 10 large ones. It stopped the bananas from going brown. I don’t know how the bag works but it does it’s job nicely. Bananas stayed fresh for a week longer than normal. Would definitely recommend.

Keeps bananas fresher longer in the fridge
Keeps bananas fresh for a week or two in the fridge, stops them from ripening too quickly. The skins can go brownish after a few days but the fruit stays fresh inside - I take the bananas out of the fridge the day before I intend to eat them to let them ripen up a bit. Deducted 1 star as the spring plastic deelie on the drawstring broke on first use (doesn’t really affect the bag though, still works great, no complaints here).
