Good buy, works well, better on my stomach.
My 'go to' is always Excedrin. Works so well. I also am require to take a 350 mg aspirin daily. While it's not 350 mg it's darn close enough. Doesn't bother my stomach. Good purchase and arrived quickly.

These work fast for my monthly migraines. I don't feel groggy after taking them like other pain meds. No drowsy side affects and last a long time. Will absolutely get more before I run out.

This works for me.
A nurse told me a long time ago that the combination of caffeine and Aspirin works well for headache pain. I’ve been buying this product and using it successfully for over thirty years. I weigh 143 lbs. and I always take two (2) caplets when I feel the headache coming on, and that keeps the headache at bay and I have relief for the rest of the day. If I don’t take the two (2) caplets right away and/or the headache is more severe, I often take a third additional caplet after waiting an hour, if I still have pain. I never take more than three (3) caplets in a twenty-four hour period. Everyone’s body is different; however, this method works for me.
