They fit nice, they protect my feet more than they support
Using for kickboxing, primarily to take some of the slap out of bag and pad work which was bruising my boney instep. Wear them for the full training hour multiple times a week, and also wear them when doing mobility work as kneeling and some movements really put pressure on the aforementioned boney metatarsals. They haven’t gone baggy and they don’t stink. I wouldn’t be without them now.

Bought these to protect my ankles when playing rugby. I have weak ankles, especially my left one, which I have broken three times in the past. They provide good support, which will be essential, particularly early and late in the season when the ground is hard. So impressed with the product that I have also bought some for my 13 year old son for his matches.
