I don't actually cook this cake, so I can't give you a list of ingredients (why not contact Panettone?), but - as I'm a cook myself - my guess is flour, eggs, butter, oil of some kind but probably not olive oi, candied peel, currants and sultanas. It's absolutely delicious, and I make a great bread and butter pudding with it for a family supper.
