Hello, I’ve always used this cleaner with a hot tub scrubber pad, which has provided good results. The pads aren’t very abrasive, so they don’t scratch the hot tub surface. Hopefully it should work well on an inflatable hot tub.

Can I use this product with water In the Pool?

Yes. It does not cause foaming. No negative effects. Very good product.
