Can this paint be used as a primer?

Matt can be used as a primer on walls and plaster. To do this we would recommend using a missed coat (20% water on first coat) to help surface the surface.

We recommend this be applied with a brush or roller; not a sprayer I'm afraid.

Is this paint washable

No I don’t think it is, you have to buy Dulux Easy care Washable and Tough. Do not buy this paint, it’s far too watery, it drips everywhere and hardly covers the wall. It’s a waste of money. They wouldn’t give me a refund either. I tried several weeks but nothing. So save your money and buy from a well known hardware shop it begins with a W and ends with an O.
