Can this remove colour transfer on a leather bag?

Hi you may be better advised to use https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B007HM3GKK But it will depend on the stain and also test on a unseen area first. tzlaces

Can this be used as suede conditioner, as in cleaning and making the suede shoes look nice?

I would say no, only use on smooth leather, this would ruin suede. I would look for a product that says suede conditioner etc in its title.

Is this suitable for matte leather? I don't want to make it shine

I am sure the cream will soak into the leather and not make the matte leather shiny.
