Does this product have waterproofing properties? Can it be used in a ceramic tiled shower?

Yes GlazeGuard is extremely water resistant. In order to use on a shower floor the tile fist needs to be cleaned with PreTreat.

Can you use a steam cleaner on the porcelain tile once glazeguard is applied?

Steam cleaning is SO much easier with kids and dogs! Plus we also have a steam shower. I also need to know if this will hold up to steam cleaning? I'd LOVE to seal my kitchen tile. EVERYTHING seams to stick to them. I tried using a wax but lady who cleaned used ammonia and totally dulled the finish in splotches. I will but this if it can be steam cleaned.

Can you put it on peel and stick tiles?

Not its primary or traditional use but Yes Glazeguard will seal peel and stick tile. Make sure tiles are clean and dry.
