Review: Five Stars Review: "Good" resource for foundation level cipd practitioner - Really this book deserves a 3 and a half star rating. Perhaps mainly because I was expecting more. Delivery was quick but packaging was only a thin plastic bag which was torn down the side meaning one corner is dog-eared. From the images on here I was expecting a colourful hefty sized cipd resource, instead the gloss and colour ends at the front cover. This along with the small size, small text and only 300 pages left me feeling a little short changed for the money. The topics covered however are perfect for anyone who is looking into learning and development from a foundation view point as this feels more like an introduction to the topic. The online features and further reading topics are also very helpful and I like the use of learning outcomes activity and question topics.

Disappointing quality
This product has arrived with the first 6 pages having been printed out as they were obviously missing. They were glued to the front of the book and I can't open them as a result. Not exactly what you'd expect for a book that costs in excess of ยฃ40. Very disappointed, and would appreciate it if someone could get back to me about why I'm paying full price for a faulty product?
