This grip tape is amazing and provides the perfect grip for my workouts. The first time I used it, I set personal records for both muscle-ups and weighted pull-ups in the same session. I used to rely on chalk, but I've now switched to using this tape whenever I can. Chalk tends to dry out my hands and increases the chance of tearing my skin, whereas this tape avoids that issue entirely. It’s also great for ensuring consistent pull-up and muscle-up widths, helping me maintain the same grip width during every set. Another big plus is that it doesn’t leave a sticky residue when removed, and I've been able to reapply it multiple times before it starts to wear out. My only critique is that I wish it were a bit wider, which would make application and removal faster and easier.

Utilisé sur une barre de traction dont les barres métalliques rendaient la préhension difficile. Par exemple, lors d'une simple suspension à la barre, il était difficile de conserver la position des mains car celles-ci avaient tendance à glisser sur le métal. I use this for the handle on my rackets. Better than the stuff they come with, feels nice even with sweaty hands and the roll is big enough to do mang rackets.
