Are you really selling a pack of 12 pens for £1.69? I would expect it's for a single one?

Very good value, the pens last a goodish time.

Can you write onto glossy photos with this pen ?

I have not had a problem writing on glossy photos or glossy paper (think of the shiny colour photos in magazines). But obviously I haven't tried every type of paper. I use it to jot notes or mark measurements on everything from magazines, notebooks, metal (for cutting) wood and glass without problems.

does it bleed through paper?

not through a standard quality, perhaps if the paper is very thin/flimsy.

Do these v-series pens use the same ink as the vpens? namely, do these the same ink as the erasable vpens?

I don’t think so as I’ve never been able to erase anything from these pens.
