Love this tap just a pity after less than 6 months it's started leaking 😢 💔

We got a plumber to fit this and it cost more as they found it had a faulty part which they changed (£100). Anyways a week or so later there was a massive leak, gushing water we brought another different plumber (£60) in to check and they said the whole tap is faulty. Unfortunately, we did not have another different tap in hand otherwise we could've done a straight exchange of taps. Then got a 3rd plumber (£50) in to replace this tap with another from tool station, kept a 2nd new tap on standby from another local place in case we end up with the same issue. What a waste of money, we have 3 plumbers to ensure we were not being duped, and all along the fault was with the tap. Total cost £210 for labour yo replace 1 tap!!!!! We got the refund for this tap, but who will reimburse me the £210 minus one of the labour costs? Was told by plumbers never buy from amazon. If I could rate it zero, would be just that.

Really impressed with the quality of this tap. Easy to fit and having the extra tap for drinking water is class.

Nice tap. However, the spray neck seems to be flimsy. When you pull head down, sometimes it’s difficult to get it back into place. The O rings are not tight enough as the head keeps dropping down.

Like all of these types of taps, it was a bit fiddly to install, but for the price it's very good

Good quality tap. Needs a bit of thought to install but works well. It is big and heavy so pulling out hose strains the sink unit but supported, it is clever and useful. Be careful with dimensions.

Started leaking after 2 months from the internal piping.

The tap was relatively easy to install, but the tap comes with 2 screws to ensure the housing stays still when you are moving the faucet. They were hard to tighten sufficiently during install, but about a week after install, the housing loosened and now my whole tap moves whenever I use it. I’ve tried retightening, but it just comes loose again. Also, the hose that pulls out of the nozzle worked fine for the first couple of times, but now it won’t retract anymore. This means you have to go under the sink & manually retract it after every use. Do not buy this tap, it is garbage.

Pour commencer, je suis Plonbier, j’ai commandé ce mitigeur en sachant que c’était pas de la grande qualité en même temps. Vu le prix c’est normal mais je m’attendais pas une grosse mission après pose ici Taveri qu’il y avait une fuite sur l’un des petits tubes en Léton qui sortent du corps du mitigeur, ayant la flemme de le retourner pour un remboursement, mais étant équipé pour braser, je me suis dit que j’allais remettre un petit coup de brassage aura les tuyaux sont tellement faim que je suis passé au travers du coup grosse mission, démontage intégral de tout le mitigeur pour pouvoir remplacer ce tube par un type de cuivre, de même diamètre mais plus épée, grosse mission avec centrage au sable à l’ancienne et après remontage hourra aucune fuite enfin voilà j’ai voulu jouer, j’ai un peu perdu du coup un conseil m’étais 100 balles de plus pour ce genre de mitigeur si vous voulez vraiment quelque chose de qualité sinon après ça fait le taf avec le risque d’avoir un souci d’ailleurs quand on le démonte intégralement et qu’on connaît les grandes marques, on comprend vite où sont faites. Les économies astuces de Plonbier, mitigeur de qualité doit être lourd car ils sont faits dans la masse.
