This Ludex block case with revolver loader, is it fast to load?

I was surprised for the design, the large capacity of the magazine can store 40 rounds of .38 Special and .357 Magnum cartridges. Using the matching loader, I do not need to think about the slow loading problem when shooting. Loading and shooting was very smooth, freeing up one of my hands. One hand can operate to load, at least I did load one round in 5 seconds. No more wasted time to load cartridges one by one, good design.

Will this work for S&W 640 and 640 pro series of the j frame line? Both are 5 shot 357s.

Works very nicely on the J frame 5 shot .38, so I would guess it will work for you. There is a slight bit of interference at the cylinder release but the design of the cartridge release mechanism makes it a non issue. If your cylinder release is larger than the standard 5 shot J frame version, then you might have an issue.
