Great piece of kit
Once fixed is very secure on wall. I placed it on the wall in my shower cubicle at an angle. The first end I attached to the wall was the higher end and this attached firmly on first attempt. The second one not so easy. I could tell it wasn’t attached property because the lever flipped without much resistance. Sure enough that end came away after a little while. The one secured end was enough to keep it attached to the wall. Several more attempts followed through the day and eventually I was successful. It was all due to technique and making sure all air is expelled from the suction cup, as per instructions, before pushing the lever. I am very pleased with the item and feel much safer in the shower. I could have taken one star away for how long it took me to get it right but I felt that was more down to me as an individual and am extremely satisfied with it now. It is a good quality, sturdy item and good value for money. I feel confident the suction won’t let me down.

Absolutely amazing. Great for the bath to aid getting in and out , they do however come loose but as long as you check and re stick they are fine. Also as they are suction powered they don’t ruin tiles on the wall

Very secure and easy to put on BUT if you have any ridged areas on a tile tile it didn't stick - best on completely flat surface

Will not release
Appalling. The suction pads adhered to the clean tiles and could not be released.Digging through the rubber to release damaged the tiles.OK as a permanent one-off fitting, but hefty and obtrusive and cannot be readily released to move or adjust.Discovery of this was too late to return.Caution, you may end up with a damaged bathroom.

I read mixed reviews about this product, but I have had no issues with this product. I installed 4 grab bars on very smooth tiles and they're very sturdy and strong. Because they're not ADA approved or bolted into studs I check them daily before usage (extra cautious) but NO issues. They're great ! this a wonderful alternatine to permanent bars, but that being said please follow the instructions and only install on sutable surfaces - i suspect that most issues from other buyers were due to improper placement. If anythig arise, I will amend this review.
