The bracelet (hand made by me) is a great aid to keeping track of counted food. It is made using Swarovski faux pearls and crystals and silver plate findings. A beautiful item that is multifunctional! It can also be used to keep track of foetal kicks or if breast feeding use as a reminder as to what side to feed from next by swapping the bracelet from wrist to wrist. It also makes stunning wedding jewellery! If syn tracking: There are 30 glass beads (representing half each) in between two silver plated beads. Each time you consume counted food you move along a detachable star charm (moving it round in a clockwise direction). The beads to the left of the charm then represent what you have consumed and those to the right of your charm, the amount you have left. Beads may vary slightly in colour from those shown in the pictures.
