Good idea, not the most durable
Had one for 3 months and only used it a dozen times, went to pull a screwdriver bit out of the magazine and the holder came with it.

I've been dreaming of buying a screwdriver like this for a long time.
I've been dreaming of buying a screwdriver like this for a long time. The relatively high price put me off. But when I saw good discounts on Amazon, I couldn't resist and bought this amazing screwdriver. Excellent quality!!! It saves space in my tool bag: instead of six screwdrivers, I now only carry one. I visited the manufacturer's website and found many other slim bits. The problem is, these bits are only shipped to the EU; they don't ship to Israel. Too bad! I'd love to see these additional slim bits on Amazon.

Handle should have 4 clips not 2
Ok the screw driver its self is a very good idea. When i first seen this screw driver on youtube - I thought I'd better get one as when im up a pair of steps or on a sizzer lift at work how many times you need a flat blade, terminal or phillips screw driver and i have to go back to my tool box. The handle is big but you get used to it and you can have plenty of leaverage to make sure you get whatever your screwing tight..... Ok the negative bit - I dropped this screwdriver from waist hight & one of the plastic clips flipped off. It clipped back on but when i use my screwdriver the end flips up intermittent. There should be a spare clip in the package and the handle should have been designed with 4 clips holding the top down not 2. My next gripe about this screwdriver is where you change the screwdriver bits, you have to push the end down then push it up to release the bit. This is a bad idea it should of been a push up firmly to lock screwdriver bit in, and a good tug to release. If you push this screwdriver against something in your pocket or wall thats where you may loose the screwdriver bit. For the price its ok but again 4 clips should have been designed to hold the handle down - i know use isolation tape to hold my handle down. A tip for anyone who does buy one. The beauty about this item is the screw driver bits fit in a impact driver !

The latches break too easily
This product might be really good for someone doing DIY, but as an electrician that uses a screwdriver nearly everyday, the latches that keep the bits inside the screwdriver just isn’t robust enough. When I first bought this product, after a week I noticed one of the latches had come off, and the inner compartment was opening a lot while in use, very annoying, returned the product for a new one hoping this was a one off, but the replacement lasted about 3 weeks before the same happened again, going to just keep the bits as spare because they are compatible with Wiha’s other product that’s a pouch, I’ll be using the pouch again from now on, I really like this idea, but the execution just wasn’t quite there.

Great tool, Poor quality
This is a great tool. You can keep pressure on screw while turning due to rotating carousel against your palm. This and a pair of cutters would get you by on their own. So easy to use, you could rewire a house using it alone. BUT... Its fragile. Ive had two replacements. The bit holders break away and this leaves them loose in the handle. After I had first replacment, I was VERY careful. But they still break. Great tool, Great design except for the strength of the bit holders. I cannot recommend.

Excellent screwdriver and improved design
Excellent bit of kit. This is the 3rd one I've had (I've had 1 stolen and dropped another into a void) they've changed the design and this newest one is a lot more durable with the new release clips. I'm always recommending this screwdriver to my colleagues

Excellent 👍
This is the 3rd WIHA compact VDE screwdriver set that I have purchased in the last 12 months because the lightweight, compactness and practical usefulness are just perfectly balanced. This holds 6 bits which covers 99.9% of my electrical service use on the panels, sockets and plugs, including work on commercial and industrial machineries. Unbeatable compactness. There's a 0.01% chance the bit isn't long enough to reach recessed fasteners deep within a tiny hole. The connection latch on the driver's shaft may be too wide to go into those tiny holes.
