I would never have considered buying seating online as I like to be able to test for quality and comfort. You cannot do that by looking at a picture. That being said , I needed to replace office chairs asap . Based on the reviews I went ahead and ordered these chairs and was pleasantly surprised.I I had no problems assembling the chairs. Not only were they attractive but I was impressed with both quality and comfort . I will be ordering more.

I bought a total of four of these chairs (in two separate transactions) to replace some older chairs I had that were 14 years old and had seen better days. These chairs come disassembled which I wasn't expecting but they aren't difficult to assemble. All the parts were well packaged, all the parts were properly identified and included and they went together as just as the directions said they would. They even told me not to tighten everything before it's all together (and they were correct because it made it easy to assemble and balance properly). Once assembled these chairs turned out to be much better than I expected for the price I paid. They are rock solid, comfortable, attractive and easy to clean. As a bonus, they blend in to the decor of my office without having to change or add anything. I'm happy. It was money well spent.

Bought four of these for my medical office exam rooms. The chairs are attractive, comfortable and sturdy. I shopped a number of office furniture stores and there is not a better value. Easy to assemble if you do two things: #1, do not tighten all the screws until they are all in place. The chair requires a little jiggling to line up the holes. #2, fasten the seat with the longer (1 1/2") screws, and the back with the shorter (1") screws. I would not hesitate to order these chairs again.

Assembling this chair is relatively easy, but I found it helpful to have another person to assist. When it came to attaching the back support cushion, it was easy to lose a screw inside the hollow metal tube of the chair frame--which is what I did! Of course, it was no simple thing to retrieve the lost screw. I thought I might be able to pull the plastic plug out of the end of the hollow metal frame, but that was a delusion. I finally managed to get the plastic plug off, but the portion of the plug inside the hollow frame broke off, and it took some doing to finally push it, with a screw driver, so that it was between the two screw holes. I was then able to retrieve the screw using needle-nose plyers, and then I was able to put the screw where it was supposed to go. Then, using some "shoe goo," I placed the plastic plug cover over the end of the hollow frame, and all was finally well. The chair is comfortable and stable. At the least, however, it would have made things a lot easier if extra screws had been included.

Good chair, great size. I bought this to be my mobile game chair when I go out. Very comfy. I had some trouble assembling because the holes in the fabric were cut at slightly the wrong spot but I got it working with a knife. Very sturdy once assembled. Be sure to not tighten the screws to the bottom seat all the way until you get the back on.

Excellent. Clear instructions. Probably easier with two people putting it together, but can be done solo. Well made. Very comfortable. One insignificant problem: four plastic screw caps to cover back attachment access ports are flimsy and ill-filling. One fell into hole when pressed into position and was not retrievable. Not really needed. Used round black stickers I had on hand instead, though open hole not aesthetic problem. DID NOT bother asking for replacement caps, so I can not comment on customer service.

This is a nice, well made chair. I bought it for my elderly mother so she had a stable and comfortable chair to sit in while dressing. The vinyl arms are slick and it’s hard for her to get a good grip when trying to stand. I’ve added some strips of tape to help with that aspect. It did take me a while to assemble. There are only 8 screws to get lined up, but it would probably been easier if another person was hold things in place. If I had a use for it, I would buy another.

I purchased this thing in Feb 2020 shortly after getting out of the hospital and barely being able to walk. I tried in vain to assemble it by myself. I had two assistants try in vain. I don't recall whether or not it came with assembly instructions but I remember trying to attach the seat to the arms first. That was completely FUTILE. After leaving it sit in a corner and collect dust for 1.5 years I finally hauled the parts out to try one more time before tossing it. I realized it made more sense attaching the back first. After what seemed like half an hour (it was probably less than 15 minutes) and hundreds of expletives I finally got the back connected. Doing so involved stretching the cheesy material and tearing out the microthin layer of foam underneath it just to be able to FIND the friggin holes the bolts were supposed to go into. A second set of hands would have been immensely helpful. Once that was done I got the seat attached. Now that I've finally assembled the thing I realize what schlocky material it's made of. It was NOT sold as FAUX Leather when I bought it. It was sold as BONDED leather (which I subsequently learned IS essentially fake "pleather".) It's so thin a fingernail can scratch it. A decent FABRIC would have been infinitely superior to this crapola.

i had one of these chairs in the US and now i came to india and bought 2 more. I sat on this chair to study for my google interviews, and got the job. with this chair, you can focus entirely on your computer screen and not on your back or butt hurting.. its soft, but not too soft, sturdy, but not hard.. the positions at which it supports me is exactly where my body needs it.. god bless whoever took the time to design such a beautiful chair.. if you are in doubt, definitely buy this chair if you want to use it with a desk.. oh it rests my arms perfectly as i type too.. anyway, the summary is, this is a great chair! I hope they dont stop manufacturing it or change anything about it

Rechina poco, es muy cómoda, se batalla un poco al armarla (preferí que otra persona me ayudara) . Se ve muy profesional y los materiales dan muy bien la facha. Búscale y no encontrarás nada a ese precio.
