It's always difficult to review these sort of products, as it's often hard to say if they are doing any good or not. I can't say I have noticed any difference whilst I've been taking them, but I don't know how quickly it's realistic to expect any results. They are certainly beautifully packaged and seem to be good quality. The capsules are pretty big, and you need to take two a day, so this is one months' supply and it certainly costs a lost, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you know these supplements work for you, these do seem a premium product, but I can't say I've noticed them doing anything for me and I can't afford to keep taking them to see if they do.

Good quality product. It helps me settle down my sleeping pattern which helps with my energy levels and improve on my focus. Pretty effective after about 3 weeks I could notice the difference.

The main reasons you would get Lion’s Mane (in terms of purported scientific benefits anyway) is twofold. 1/ For brain health - It is apparently useful for mild depression and dementia symptoms 2/ Anti-inflammatory properties Currently, I would say both of these claims are unproven in real people. Most of the studies I could find were in mice and rats. So, there are hopefully a ton of happy uninflamed mice knocking about the world! Whether any of this translates into humans, I honestly don’t know. At this price for basically a months supply I may never find out on a long term basis. At £35 these seem to be about twice the price of most other brands I could find on Amazon. They also don’t have an image of the ingredients label; which I always find annoying. Skip the arty shots please. Show me the money shot of what I’m actually getting! So, for your delight and pleasure, this is exactly what it says on such label, so you know exactly what you are getting with these: (Note - This is absurdly small even on the packaging. I literally had to take a photo of it and then read the photo! It should be much bigger. I couldn’t read it without that. Easy to swallow, if pushed I would say my sleep has been slightly more restful and relaxed, so hoping it has had an effect.

Great supplement if you’re looking for something special. Not your normal vitamins but mushroom formula to help regeneration of brain cells apparently. Will give it a go and I don’t think the price is excessive

Did a little reading before I got these, I have never used them before but, I have heard of them. Decided to give them a try. Been taking them for a week and I noticed a couple of changes, the biggest being that I am suffering heart palpitations, I am not sure if this has been brought on by this supplement over such a short period of time. Nothing that I have read would indicate this, I just find it strange that this has started. I will now stop them and see if the palpitations stop too. The second thing that I have noticed is that my sleep quality has improved tremendously, I am sleeping like a log for the first time in many years. This I will miss if I have to stop taking them. They don't taste very good and leave a little bit of an after taste in your mouth, no matter how quick you try to swallow them and they are a tad on the expensive side, hence only 4 stars.
