Good value. Comfy. Easy to cut and fit. Nice product.

Hoka Speed Goat - Extended Life
I got UK size 11 for Hoka Speed Goat and had to cut them down to fit. Used the old insoles as a guide and worked pretty well. Found they provided extra comfort and cushioning in an oldish pair of shoes which will now last a bit longer.

Okay for normal everyday use probably
I do 9 hour night shifts and a fair bit of walking, my feet have been killing so got these, I'm a size 7 and had to cut them down a bit which was easy enough using the guides on the back, they felt nice at first but overall they made absolutely no difference at the end of my shifts, my feet still hurt so bad, may have to buy some better ones

Amazing insoles
I bought these gel insoles mainly for long days on my feet, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. The gel cushioning feels soft yet supportive — it absorbs impact nicely, especially around the heel and arch. I’ve tried them in both running shoes and work boots, and they fit snugly without sliding around. One thing I appreciate is that they don’t develop that strong “sweaty plastic” smell after long use; the material seems to stay fresh even after a few hours of wear. They’re also easy to trim for a perfect fit. If you have flat feet or do a lot of walking or standing, these are a solid upgrade over the basic foam insoles most shoes come with. I wouldn’t call them miracle workers, but they definitely help reduce fatigue and discomfort.

Do not stay in position
Comfortable enough but unusable for me as they simply do not stay put, within half an hour they have slipped position and I am walking on the edge. Have tried them in different boots with the same result
