Weedol Lawn Weedkiller Easy Mix Liquid Concentrate 1L

Box looks good and you get a lot out of the amount of liquid when you dilute it, it's easy to mix as the cap has a guide to be able to mix the correct amount to water, be aware that you really need to do this on a dry day and with no chance of rain within a couple of days for it to work effectively. I sprayed one day and it rained that night and it seemed to have not worked as well. Once it has time to soak into the weeds it works and kills them but you will have to wait for 5-6 days for it to turn them brown and then it will kill them effectively. I found that it works best on small weeds, bigger broader leaved weeds might need a couple of goes to kill them. Would buy again, as I have tried many different weeds sprays and none have been as affective as this Weedol.

Our lawn has been reseeded and had alot of TLC over the spring and summer so far. For the first time in 25 years it has had more than just a cut each week from the last resident. Works great for daisies and other not so harsh weeds. Takes around 3 weeks to work to see some results. Don’t panic if they start looking purple! Says apply only once a year but I have noticed some weeds that I must have missed. So will apply again in those areas only. Applying it was abit of a task with a sprayer. Make sure you apply on a non windy day as is very harsh to flowers and keep pets off for at least 2hrs.

One word quality, used all the time for quite a few years now

Use this stuff every year. It’s very effective both in appearance and size of dose. One treatment of lawn in May after the first couple of cuts and then one treatment again if needed end of August. It takes a couple of days to show an effect such as the weeds wilting, but within a month the weeds will be dead and gone and you’ll have little patches in the grass where the weeds once were. This then naturally regrows over with grass as unusual. It’s super strength so don’t get it on any plants or such like and the small size required per watering can means you can treat quite a sizable lawn.

This systemic weedkiller is just what you need to get rid of dandelions and all the other unwanted weeds that grow so well in your lawn. It is a bit of a faff to mix and spread in tightly defined areas but I lay out the garden hose to mark the square meterage that each watering can is supposed to treat. The weeds grow like crazy for a week or so afterwards and then die back and are gone. If only the produc stopped them growing back next year as well but it only treats the current weedery and cant kill the new seeds that are constantly being scattered by the birds and wind. Use annually to keep your grass under control. Great product, it is just a shame that it has gone up so much this year but it is still the best product on the market.

I’ve only used the Weedol Lawn Weedkiller once so far, but it has already removed most of the weeds in my lawn.
