Is this a hair curler or a hair clipper? The pictures are a curling wand, but all the reviews are for clippers

My review was for clippers and not curler/straightener. I guess the seller has edited a previous advert for clippers to become an advert for curler/straighteners. Accidental or a sneaky way of getting existing reviews to show against a new product to give false confidence? Who knows - all I know is that I gave a low review for the clippers based on quality and not being fit for purpose so draw your own conclusions,.,.,,
