I purchased this Switch for my godson, and so far he absolutely loves it! He has been extremely happy with it, and up to this point we haven’t had any issues with the system itself. It’s been a great gift and definitely worth seeing how excited he was when he finally got it. I will say, I initially had a problem with the delivery. At the time, I was living in the Philippines and had the package shipped to my grandma’s house in the U.S. A package arrived, but it was not the Switch. Instead, it was just a small envelope with nothing in it, which was honestly stressful considering how expensive these systems are. Thankfully, customer service completely rectified the situation and immediately sent out another one. Because they handled the issue quickly and made it right, I’m giving 5 stars. With the price of these consoles, replacing it without a hassle meant a lot and I’m very thankful for that. Honestly, after seeing how much he loved it and how fun the system looked, I ended up purchasing myself a Switch 2. 😂 A great feature that I love about this system is the multiplayer capabilities and connecting it to your TV or PC. The battery life seems to be pretty decent. So far, we have no complaints.

Grandson's the tech savvy one with the electronics. It's his game. He just plays too much with it and I have to set boundaries when it comes to homework, school and chores. He enjoys it.

Firstly very misleading no proper information on hardware which will help decide the difference in price. Secondly there are no safety accessories for such a switch and no way to understand what screen shield to buy Third no proper manual which is again a trial and error
