I’m one that has never had a natural garden with real grass and flowers, so when I moved house, I was welcomed by an overgrown lawn up my knees! 😳I came across this miracle machine through browsing on Amazon and my goodness. Even an amateur can do the lawn. I just can’t stop now!! It makes me want to lawn all the time. It’s fun, easy, practical, great value for money. Need I say, modern, light, trending! This replaced an old corded strimmer that necessitated an extension lead and endless manoeuvrings around island shrubs in the lawn; not to mention battles with the strimming line that refused to extend itself. The lawn in question is about 100 sq yards with a perimeter of about 50 yards.Anyway, the Worx arrived and assembly took about 5 seconds: it unpacks in two halves connected by the power line, and you just click the lower part of the shaft irrevocably into the upper part. Job done.The head can strim horizontally and vertically; you switch from one to the other by gripping the shaft with one hand, pushing down the head with the other and twisting through 90 degrees. Simple.I've had it 2 months and used it 5-6 times. Observations:The battery charges quickly and lasts easily going round the perimeter twice, once for each head position.It's light and easy to handle, and above all there is none of the faffing about and untangling of leads that the corded strimmer used to need.It's quite a powerful cut, I would say stronger than the strimmer it replaced. I'm using it once a fortnight and it copes easily with the growth.There has been no trouble with the line feed, and the line that it came with is still going strong.It might not be the right model for larger gardens, but for something my size it's brilliant.

This is a great trimmer! It’s light , the head swivels for edging and easy to use HOWEVER the assembly instructions are a joke and then trying to work out how the auto feed works - nightmare! Product registration so you have 3yrs instead of 2years - well I’ve lost about 45 mins of my life trawling through hundreds of products as there is no search AND THEN it didn’t like my password so I had to trawl through it all AGAIN ! I do t think WORX want us to have 3year warranty!! Product is fab !

Decided to buy this as I was fed up of faffing around with electric cord..absolutely brilliant strimmer..battery life way beyond what I imagined..it will do my front lawn 50 ftx 15 ft and the edges of my rear lawn..give it it's 4th run today and the battery hasn't diminished. ( obviously I charge between uses)..it's pretty light weight wise but very rugged..definitely would recommend 👌

Powerful, light, and easy to use.

When I got this grass trimmer I was Quite pleased and the battery life was good was nice not to have to plug in leads but after using the second time the handle was twisting round so if you didn’t watch it you were trimming your toes so to speak when you put the handle on it should push down the slots are not deep enough to clamp the rod to handleIt’s not fit for purpose it should have a handle lockyou twist to tighten the handle to rod …. very badDesign so won’t be buying any poor rubbish from worx my black and decker is 100 x better for half the price the only bug bear it’s electric hence the dam leads I say stay clear of worx spend a bit more on a decent grass trimmer good luck

Works well. Light. Easy to use

Previously wasted money on an lesser alternative. Am out of pocket but glad I took a punt on this. Worth every penny. Took a while for it's initial charge but worth it.If you are concerned about only one line on the spool do not worry.
