I am giving 1stars for the very bad design of the water bottle attached to the steamer. I am a vetran of these steamers & have never seen such a bad design. The water bottle fall down if you are not careful to keep the steamer upside down. If you keep steamer straight and try to remove the bottle the bottle will fall on the floor. Refilling is also a challenge once th steamer is hot. Not user friendly and not safe for home use. Steamer works fine 5 stars ⭐️ 5

The Empire clothes steamer is simple, lightweight, and gets wrinkles out quickly. It heats up fast, and the detachable water tank makes refilling easy and perfect for travel. the price it works surprisingly well and is very convenient.

Steam was okay but the board is way too small even for my child's tops age 14 years it is too small. Would buy again if they can make it better.

Very happy with this garment steamer. It heats up quickly and produces strong steam within seconds. The 260ML detachable water tank is convenient and enough for 2–3 outfits at a time. It removes wrinkles easily from shirts, kanduras, abayas, and even curtains. Lightweight and easy to handle. Good value for money.

I purchased this steamer last week. Very good quality product. specially handling is very comfortable as compare to some other products. No leakage from water tank during use. works perfectly. Recommended for daily users. Quality product in cheaper price with less then 2000W (energy saver).

i am using it , the quality and build of this stand and steamer is good, it has huge water storage which can run long, steam pressure is valuable as it is 2000 watts due to that its pressure is good. the iron board helps me alot to pressure fabric with stream, as this feature i use miss in my previous other brand iron stand. overall it is worth to buy. it has two power options, 1 for soft & 2 for heavy fabric.

So far this is the best quality streamer yet. I have been using it for the last 1 week and I am just blown away with the product quality and optimizing capability. It works seamlessly and the build quality is truly appreciable, 260ml tank so I can easily iron my clothes. Since it is 1640-watt it's really powerful as I expected. Overall I would like to recommend this to all of my folks.
