I love these foxtail millets so much so that I don't eat white rice anymore. I have constipation issue since childhood and have to eat accordingly. Must say here that , it's all thanks to Fittuber who introduced me to the holistic therapy to relieve this major problem. His day long therepy which means incorporation of these millet khichdi as Lunch. I have to say I am happy with the results. For everyone one of us who is keen to follow healthy diet and a good lifestyle, then please include and welcome foxtail millets khichdi at least ones on Weekly basis to detox your colon 👍🏻 Thankyou
