We use loads of this in foot baths and baths to gently relax, soothe and up magnesium absorption. I always buy in bulk but I’ve never bought a sack full before! This is really good value for money and I’ll definitely buy it again when we eventually get through it! Also great for making Christmas/birthday gifts by adding drops of relaxing essential oil and packaging in jam jars.

I always buy this Epsom salts, I have tried quite a few and generally they are much the same. This one is such good value and the crystals are all well formed. They dissolve perfectly and Epsom salts is amazing for you. I use a large amount in the bath, like 300-500g. It helps me with pain, digestive issues and very relaxing, especially when paired with essential oils and dried lavender and rose petals. I make up a batch in a big tub and sprinkle it on. If you want Epsom salts but hate that they seem to disperse any bubbles you have, then I’ve found that if you run your bath with bubbles and then last minute just before the water goes off, add them in, in one spot, not over the bubbles, swish around and all good. Shouldn’t loose too many bubbles then! I’ve found it helps with constipation too. I add magnesium flakes too!

Well this will do a few baths, good price, plenty of product, delivered swifty and well packaged. Thanks for easing my aching bones.

Good product. Good value. The cardboard box wasn't strong enough to support 15kg so it was torn but the bags were well sealed so it wasn't a total disaster.

It's very handy to have 25 kg of salt. I can use it for a long time and don't need to bother each time I'm going for a bath. Our bodies absorb magnesium very well through the skin. Adding the salt to the bath is a great way of taking supplements.
