Using this shampoo with its conditioner helps my hair smell nice, feels nice to the touch, makes my hair look beautiful again bringing back that youthful beauty I once had in my hair when I was very young. The bottoms big so last long and value for money, using the Pantene growth serum helps my hair to easy to style and manageable. It does give volume to my hair, I find that I don’t need to use oil everyday on my hair to prevent tangled hair whitest brushing as using the shampoo and conditioner helps to prevent that problem, my hair brush has less hair after brushing which is a blessing and relieve and peace of mind, not much hair in the plug hole after washing. I am happy with this product and will be buying it again. The colour of my hair seems more notable, I don’t know if the shampoo and conditioner restores natural hair colour, I can see that my hair colour is beautifully dark, you know like with dark clothes that fades and goes dull, that’s my hair, but after using Pantene shampoo and conditioner my hair is not dull or faded but beautifully dark and noticeable and shines. I am very impressed with the Pantene shampoo/conditioner, they have done more for my hair than any other brands of shampoo, I will be buying and using this brand of shampoo from now on.

I was looking for a shampoo to pair with my conditioner to combat dryness and shedding, and this Pantene Biotin & Bamboo Shampoo has been a fantastic find. The formula is a total game-changer; it lathers up beautifully and gently cleanses my hair without stripping it of natural moisture, which is crucial for dry, damaged hair. I love the combination of Biotin and Bamboo, as I've noticed my hair feels stronger and I've seen a reduction in breakage and the amount of hair coming out when I wash it. I can't fault the five star value of the product when it's on offer and, from reading reviews, it sounds like this is often the case. I think some of the claimed benefits are exaggerated. It lathers nicely and smell fairly neutral and the additives do leave a nice finish to the hair. I wish it didn't have sodium sulfates popping up more than once in the ingredients list. That's not good for a lot of people long term and actually attacks the natural oils of human hair. Your hair could have lovely ends and hair shafts after using this item as it removes damage and build-up, but sulfates can also be bad for long term outer cuticle damage, and more so if you have normal/dry skin rather than oily/combination scalp. I think the biotin that has been added is fairly minimal and if that's one of the main reasons it appeals to you, you'd be better off taking a higher concertation orally. That really works. To me this is closest to the Fudge shampoo products, they are amazing don't strip oils and contain less chemical nasties but they are 2-3 times the price. However, if you care about the oils being stripped from your hair by this product them you are likely to use a conditioner or after-product to restore the balance anyway and there goes some of that cost saving. I tend to not use conditioners and so I prefer a shampoo that doesn't totally strip all the good work my hair follicles are doing naturally. So, yes, this is a great shampoo at cleaning and volumizing and giving a little vitamin boost but it's not a replacement for conditioner (2 in 1), it's not good as an adequate source of biotin for hair and you will need to make sure your follicles aren't losing their natural oils and constantly fighting against that over the long term.

I'm not sure this shampoo has slowed down my hair loss but my hair is so soft and shiny that people have commented on it. My hairdresser said my hair is in excellent condition and so is my scalp, I'm not sure if that's because I've been using this shampoo and the conditioner or because I stopped dyeing my hair about 1.5yrs ago and am now 'going grey gracefully'! Anyway, I'm really pleased with how my hair feels and the bottle is big and will last ages, as you don't need much. Also it has a pump action dispenser, which is great.

I usually look at reviews before purchasing any product and noticed there is some very mixed opinions on the shampoo and conditioner. I can say I have used this combo for several years (when they first appeared on the market). I also order this regularly for a family member who loves the product. It makes your hair feel more manageable especially directly after washing. I suffer with hair loss due to a medical condition and using these certainly does not contribute towards any further hair loss. They contain biotin but using additional products after certainly made my hair feel stronger, enabled it to grow longer and shiny. I've also used more expensive products and can say this is one of my favourites which is cheaper! The smell isn't overly powerful; just a subtle clean smell. Both shampoo and conditioner has a creamy consistency almost like yoghurt in thickness and with such big bottles available they work out to last a lot longer than the ones bought in the shops. I have long hair (middle to end of my back) and the last bottles purchased lasted me several months so definitely value for money!

Much larger than expected. Prompt delivery. Hair not only feels clean after using it smells good too. Used with matching conditioner & pleased with how soft & shiny it made my hair. Easy to rinse formula. Pump dispenser made it easy to use, a bonus due to the size. Haven't used it enough to state whether or not hair is stronger/thicker after using. Good quality product.
