Ellie-Bo Pair of Dog Bowls For Crates, Cages or Pens and 3 Sizes (2.0Ltr Large, Red)

Left my review until I had a few days of using them as wanted to share a review that was based on the product performance not simply on first impressions. So I have a large German shepherd cross black Labrador assistance dog who had to have an operation and required a crate to keep her from tearing her stitches etc playing with her sibling. The thing with that is when not working she is a very excitable playful dog and whenever my wife or daughter came home she would start scrabbling at the crate sides and bouncing around inside the cage and at 40kg she would send food and water bowls flying. As a result of this we decided to order these clamp on bowls and holders and boy are they strong. They have held up to her outbursts with not a single spill or getting bent out of shape like some other more expensive ones available. They are easy to install and stay in place despite my dogs best efforts to send them flying. I would whole heartedly recommend these to anyone with a crate for sure. The only thing I did with them that I would recommend is I slipped some packing foam between the 2 plates as the crate I have is painted and I did this to prevent any chips that may occur in the paintwork if they are rattled too much though it probably isn't necessary as the clamps are well made and shouldn't come loose enough to cause that issue but prevention is better than cure. All in all I would say this product deserves 5 stars and the supplier was amazing and bent over backwards to help with a minor delivery issue that is not seen from many on here. Definitely a wellade product that is a must for anyone with a crate!

What a fab pair of dog bowls that are easy fixed to a crate. No spills, sturdy and love the variety of colours.

Not much to say about these other than they're how described and what youd expect. No issues at all, attach neatly to the inside of the crate. One dog decided she didn't like them and kept knocking them out then shoveling them out of the crate before she'd settle down to sleep, so it's good I'm the one reviewing. Not sure how she knocked reasonably weighty bowls out as they're pretty sturdy and fairly deep. Good price and decent quality.

Good quality metal easy to fix to crate really functionable use for food or water, perfect size for medium crate and fixings keep it stable and secure

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Folks save your money these are absolutely rubbish. The metal is really thin so when you fill it with water and then try to put it on the little clip stand thing in the crate, the weight of the water, even at 1/4 full makes it droop down. They are a WASTE of money and I’m sending mine back. I did find in Pets at Home a Hook on Bowl, they were £6.75 each and much better. They’re meant for birds, rabbits etc but the large is actually not a bad size at all. The metal of the bowl is thicker and the hook thing to hook it to the dog crate is much better too. I have a Cavapoo and they’re absolutely fine for him. The bowl holds 5 scoops of kibble and at least 350ml of water I reckon. Perfectly fine for what I wanted them for which is so Gus could have access to his water overnight or while I’m out. If you’ve got a larger dog maybe get 2 as that would prob be plenty of water if you filled them both then. Highly recommend the pets at home ones, but these rubbish ones off Amazon are honestly useless and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy them!

Blue is my favorite color is why am bought these. Just like any item made from this material, not immune to scratches, but is worthy of sanitation. If you’re just wanting blue, spray paint it with a pet friendly paint. I like the functions of crate compatibility or free range, you choose. Item did arrive on time and satisfactory.

Love these doggy bowls great size for medium to large breeds. Doubt I'll ever need to replace them unless they get dinted
