Good bit of kit

I knew I needed a Torx head screwdriver but I didn't know what size I needed. I bought these thinking there is a decent selection and pretty good value too. Turns out what I actually needed was a T4 headed screwdriver....which this set does not have. Hey at least you helped me narrow down my search and now I know what it is I need. I can't really hold it against this set they are pretty well made and come in a protective plastic box so you don't lose them (in theory at least!). They're not the easiest to pick out of their plastic resting place though it can be a bit fiddly to grab the one you want and you may end up tilting the box to get it out that way. I'm giving a four-star review but I may be clouded by my annoyance at myself and at this set for not having a T4, so take it with a pinch of salt. Let's say it's a high four. A four point five to be fair.

I didn't realise until I bought these that there were two types of torx screw. While I have found a use for these, the initial reason I bought them had me scratching my head. I would say these are low quality, but they were one of the cheaper sets I found so my fault, and they are difficult to use on screws that a stuck without using plyers which then damages the handles.

These do not have the center hole, so they are completely unusable. The case is also extremely cheap and nasty.

Got these to fix a minor issue with my laptop. All was fine until I tried to put the screws back in and realised the head had been filed down by the action. This was the first use and I got the set for this particular size and now can't get the last screw into my laptop! Will have to take it to shop which I was trying to avoid! UPDATE Asked the shop if they would replace the damaged one which they did - Great Customer Service!!!

I bought it to repair an Airport Extreme, but the screwdrivers are just not long enough to reach the bottom of the unit. But the screwdrivers are ok quality.

Needed the T5 star driver from this set to remove and replace10 screws from a pc to obtain a part number. So when the part arrived, I proceeded to remove screws again using the T5 driver, only to find that the metal in the head of the T5 star driver disintegrated. The steel is to soft in these screwdrivers. I have wasted my money they are not fit for purpose

Aceptables para el precio que se paga por ellos, si bien es cierto que no se ven unos destornilladores resistentes ni bien terminados.
