How did I cope without one... worth every last penny. Only drawback is not being reversible without flipping the position of the spud.Although only having the ratcheting mechanism operate in one direction probably adds to the robust nature of the tool.

Very handy combination of uses. Used to replace bathroom radiator with towel rail.
