The eye mask is very good, heats up fast on both sides in the microwave. I usually put a paper towel on the mask before I use it on my eyes and can feel the hot steam relaxing my tired and dry eyes. It stays hot for 10-15 mins and sometimes if I need to use it longer, I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds more. The mask is heavy and stays on my eyes without falling off. The material is nice and soft and the bean bag can be loaded from the top of the zipper. I usually microwave the cover and the mask together. It's a good mask but I did find the strap a bit tight even at the loosest setting.

Works well at retaining heat and applying pressure for warm compress sessions. Heating the bead pouch in the microwave at 800W for 1 minute works for me. The mask is also big enough, going from my brows to my cheek bone.
