Skylanders Imaginators (PS4)

Fantastic game. Hours and hours of fun and a crazy amount of options for your custom Skylander. Old Skylanders all still work but won't award anything besides an elemental bonus(no parts will unlock by scanning them on the portal)All the parts you unlock are behind purple chests which you find as you play through the levels and worlds- they are everywhere and so anything you decide to do in the game will keep unlocking parts for you to customise with. If you are prepared to spend some extra money through the year to pick up more crystals or Sensei Skylanders eventually- it'll be a rewarding and very well made game for kids and Adults to enjoy for a long time to come. Cons: - Micro-transcations are available in a menu to buy chests which unlock randomly chosen new imaginator parts, these chests are EASILY earned in the game by replaying levels and are not hard to come by, so the addition of a way to spend real money directly on them isn't a cool move and is something Parents should be aware of. - You only get One Crystal with the game, which means if friends or family want to join in the creativity, they can't make their own Skylander without buying their own Crystal, which each retail at RRP £8.99. This is fairly priced for the amount of hours and content you can get from the Crystal but it does mean you're adding that cost in if you want to have at least two custom characters to play around with. -Like other Skylanders games, some areas are locked off until you have the right figure- this is the same. The new figures that come alongside this game are called Senseis- and there's a Sensei level for each of the 10 elements, which means 10 levels you won't be able to explore until you have the Sensei of the right element. However- the game comes with two Senseis(Water and Earth) Pros: -Varied and interesting level designs, each new level gives you a slightly new way to play with your Skylanders. -Lots of mini games and secrets to find- exploring is rewarding and keeps you busy. This is not a short game, even after beating it there is a huge amount to unlock so replay value is very high. -Family friendly fun with a good sense of humour and heart, encouraging creativity and rewarding imagination by letting it come to life. -There must be close to a thousand different arms, legs, hats, tails- different parts to collect to make your character uniquely yours. Along with the ability to create a catchphrase, pick a voice and choose a weapon to suit their play style. If customisation means a lot to you- this game will be very rewarding. -For an additional cost, there's even an option to have a Custom made 3D print of your Imaginator(that works exactly like a real Skylander)which you can do through the free Skylanders Creator app if you have a smart phone or tablet. It's a totally optional extra but is an option available to those who would love to see their Imaginator as its own little figure.

Love the game. However very disappointed with the delivery service. It turned up dented in the top right hand corner all the way through. Lucky the disc wasn't there.

Great little figures and enjoyable game. Seller was a bit rude when I didnt realise I had asked for tracking information twice. Have had a lot of parcels not arrive and difficult to keep track. Kids love the item though.

I’m absolutely appalled. I ordered this the other day and have been waiting for the email asking me to review it so I can express my utmost negative emotions. I received the box and and was super excited. As I opened I realised firstly that the portal contsined in the box is not the one advertised in the pictures on amazon. I also cane to realise that one of the figures doesn’t actually work on said portal. Not only that but the same figure that doesn’t work on the portal is missing an arm.. I hope there is something you can do regarding this issue as I’m not very happy at all..

Great game and figures my kids were very impressed. I wasn't sure after searching if it could be played as a 2 player game and i can say it can. The 2 figures included in this set allow the kids to play as a 2 player but the characters in the game act like they are attached so 1 can't go off screen or too far away from the other. To play 2 player just load the game and then add the 2nd figure once in the game but you will need 2 controlled assigned to different accounts. It's nice to see that the game allows them to play extra in-game puzzles for which each player takes it in turns to make each move.

Excellent video game, love the toys to life games, the play area is always interesting but the games always fall out of favour with the developer to quickly and the games quickly become outdated as the newer model is out.

Nephew played it for a week and never again. Seems like these games are built to make money, not to make memories for kids.

Bought this at a stupidly low price and what a game! The kiddo loves it- the graphics are crisp on the PS4 version and the colours are excellent. The addition of crystals allowing you to make and customise characters to play with is a brilliant idea- the one downside which is cheeky is once you assign a class to a crystal, you cannot reset that crystal- an obvious ploy to make a bit more cash (like you need it, Activision!). Other than that, a brilliant addition to our gaming cupboard.

Skylanders Imagainators hat mich stark überzeugt, dazu muss ich sagen das ich alle Teile der Reihe besitze und schon ein paar Skylander Besitze. Die Idee die Activision hatte mit dem Selber erstellen der Skylanders ist sehr gut und auch sehr gut umgesetzt. Auch ist es für mich eins der Besten Spiele weil man seit Langem wieder Crash Bandicoot Spielen konnte. Wie auch bei den anderen Teilen kann ich nur sagen das die Figuren nicht gerade Günstig sind (4-25€ pro Figur). Auch kommt dazu das man einiges hinter Bezahlschranken versteckt hat und so gezwungen wird neue Figuren zu kaufen, dies ist in diesem Teil zwar nicht so extrem wie in anderen jedoch immer noch ein Negativer abspeckt. Zum Spiel: (Positiv +) + umfangreicher Figureneditor für individuelle Skylander + alte Portal-Hardware innerhalb der Systemgrenzen verwendbar + Figuren anderer Serien, Fallen und Fahrzeuge können alle genutzt werden + angenehme Reduzierung auf klassische Action-Adventure-Elemente + Rennen als zusätzlicher Zeitvertreib + zahlreiche Geheimnisse + umfangreiches Beutesystem mit Sets und Raritäts-Stufen + gute Steuerung + saubere Lokalisierung + gelungenes Artdesign (Negativ -) - bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr niedrig angesetzter Schwierigkeitsgrad - größtenteils lineare Levelstruktur - feste Kamera - Bezahlschranken zwar nicht (außer als Einstiger) stark zu spüren, aber immer noch vorhanden - gefundene Gegenstände mit stark unterschiedlichem Nutzwert

j'ai eu beau regarder partout à aucun moment il n'était clairement spécifié que cette version est allemande / anglaise. Ne voyant rien d'indiqué j'ai supposé que la version était bien Française Très déçue car ce n'est pas comme si je n'avais pas cherché l'information.
