I have not shot them at any windows. I think they would break a window no problem.

Do these work with hdr 68

Yes they do! They can be used wherever a .68 cal paint ball can be used, except where you expect them to splatter. These are solid plastic balls. Get the ones with the steel core for your HDR. They weigh more.

Can they be used in a regular marker like a t98 or emek?

They do not pop they r solid. I thought they were the poppable ones as well and they r not.
