These therapy patches help. I tried a lot of different patches and didn't get much relief. The joint flex patches give me relief.

I have suffered from tendonitis in my thumb for a few months now, and I have tried so many products and done all the research. This gave me mobility back in my thumb and was effective immediately! Easy to use, and sticky enough you can move a patch after having placed it, just don't wait forever. I do wish there was a mid-size between just a small dot and a large strip. Having a patch on your hand, though, does not support the "will last 5 days" claim, but I'm not mad about it. I tried a large patch on the back of my knee and it lasted forever, although I did not get the same results that I did on my hand. I've already bought another pack because I don't want to run out. A great investment, affordable enough if you want to try it for yourself. WAIT 2 MINUTES BEFORE MOVING! I hope it works for you!

I have pain every single night and finding products to alleviate the pain, so I can sleep, is a never-ending adventure. I was skeptical that these thin patches could actually help, but they seem to do just that. I've tried them for a subscapular shoulder injury and on my lower back for sciatica pain. They don't last 5 days for me, perhaps because of where I'm putting them and moving around at night makes the edges curl. There's no smell at all, which is nice. I find these work best for me when alternating them with other types of topical pain relief, like heat patches or pain-relieving creams. Worth a try!

The jointflex RFT infrared patch is of good quality remains where it had been attached to my lower back and knee. I wore the one on my lower back for three days, and the only effect I had from it was when I started to itch from it. That being said, it did not work for me. I truly expected it to have give some relief but it did not. I’m sure that it might work for some, just not for me.

I tried these JointFlex Patches because I have tried so many other patches and while some helped, I was looking for something easier to apply and that would stay on while moving. I was aware that the "technology" of this patch is different than the typical pain relief patch, and while not convinced it would work, I was willing to give it a try. I think they work! It's rather hard to describe because they are, in fact, unlike other patches. Super thin and almost like a little piece of fabric, with no smell at all, and not very sticky, so very easy to apply yet stays in place, which was the #1 thing I was looking for. But that's just the start of what I like about them. #2, no smell and no heat or cold from chemicals; #3, after just a few minutes I noticed much less pain! I can't say NO pain, but it's more like I wasn't thinking about the pain anymore; #4, I wasn't aware that I could leave the patch on for multiple DAYS, not hours, and it stays on even after showering; and #5, I bought a pack that has multiple sizes, including little round patches that I'm using more than the big patches -very convenient. I see some people say these patches didn't work for them, so maybe the fact that it works with your body heat isn't effective for everyone, but they seem to work for me and Im very impressed.

Good quality helped relief some of my pain,but not all.But it is quite sever.
